Rakesh Tayal

Mr. Tayal completed his graduation with main subjects accounting and taxation and excelled as a gold medalist at the university level. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is also a qualified Information system Auditor. Mr. Tayal started his career with an accounting and audit firm and worked with an Indian corporate house having a global presence. He chaired as CFO of a Taiwanese company for its Indian operations to set up and develop business in India. Moreover, he holds 20+ years of cross-functional and cross-cultural experience, including 14+ years of leadership in Business Development, Mergers & Acquisitions, Change Management, post-merger integration, Corporate Strategy, Business Planning, Financial Analysis, Audit, International / cross border Tax, and Outbound structuring. Furthermore, his expertise in framing and executing financial/operational strategies has brought exponential growth to businesses. Collaborating with international companies to set up operations in India, ensure regulatory compliance’s, international taxation has been his forte.
