Mr. Goel completed his Bachelor’s Degree of Commerce from Delhi University. Being a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, he holds 11+ years of experience in Company Law matters and Reserve Bank of India matters relating to NBFCs and FEMA Compliance. He helps to strengthen the Corporate Governance for the clients, internal control systems, and their effectiveness in the proper and transparent governance of the organization relating to secretarial matters.

He is a maestro in Audits, especially Bank Audits, management audits, concurrent audits, and information systems audits of various companies, banks, and organizations. He assists the client in obtaining loans and project financing. On the professional front, he holds broad experience in Management consultancy, Business consultancy, financial modeling, and system implementation.
