Description

The Importer -Exporter Code (IEC) is a key business identification number which is mandatory for Exports or Imports. IEC is issued by Director General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), Ministry of Commerce and industries, Govt. of India and valid for the lifetime. It is required for any transaction relating to import / export transaction to/from India and claim any incentives for import / export of goods & services.

List of Standard Documents required:

    • *Digital Photograph (3*3)
    • Copy of Pan card
    1. *Copy of passport / voter id card / driving license / Aadhaar (UID)
    2. Sales deed if premises are owned, Rent / Lease agreement 
    3. **Bank Certificate as per ANF2A / cancelled cheque bearing blueprinted name of applicant entity and A/c no.

    **Not required if applicant is individual or sole proprietorship

    * Documents to be submitted for in case of the partnership firm – managing partner, in case of LLP , designated partner and in other cases authorized signatory
